The spaces · Anjuna, Bardez
A plateau plot at the centre of North Goa's wellness-and-sport corridor. Phase 1 opens 1 December 2026, with a second plot held for the campus that follows.
Contrast therapy run properly: 15–20 people at a time, four windows a day, 8–10 guests a session. Guided sequences, not a door you push open on your own.
25–30 per class, five classes a day. Open to the plateau air, built for sound as well as movement.
20–25 per session. Gongs, bowls and voice in a room tuned for it — and woven into the pool and recovery experiences.
70–80 ticketed guests for sober music nights, ecstatic dance and workshops. The thing built-up venues in North Goa cannot replicate.
Woven into sound and recovery experiences rather than sold as a separate ticket.
The daily touchpoint — and an indoor event space when the monsoon arrives.

What comes next
Phase 1 delivers awareness and wisdom — what you find on the mat and in stillness. The adjacent plot turns that into a campus, around twelve months after opening.
Phase 1 sells recovery for training that happens elsewhere. This closes the loop — and there's no dedicated Hyrox facility in North Goa.
Wellness visits are episodic; work is daily. A place to train, work and stay in one rhythm.
A destination brand needs reach beyond Goa — and the founder community here already makes things.
Test, protocol, retest. Wellness intent without measurement doesn't stick.
Phase 2 proceeds only after Phase 1 reaches its operating milestones.
