The method

A method, not a menu

Most wellness venues sell treatments. AWAI runs a sequence. Four movements, repeated, that turn a visit into a practice — and a practice into belonging.

01

Notice — on the mat

Movement first. Vinyasa, slow flow, mobility and breath, five classes a day in a 189.6 sqm shala. The point isn't the shape you make; it's that you arrive back in the body and notice what's actually there.

02

Deepen — in stillness

Heat, cold and sound, used deliberately and in sequence. Sauna, steam and cold plunge run in timed windows with 15–20 people, so the room holds together. Sound therapy sessions of 20–25 close the loop between a regulated nervous system and a quiet mind.

03

Commit — out loud

Commitment Circles. You say what you noticed, in front of people who will ask you about it next week. This is the part almost nobody else does, and the reason AWAI is a community rather than a facility.

04

Integrate — carry it out

Take it into training, work and family — then return and report. Practice compounds when it's witnessed. That's the loop AWAI is built around.

Bare feet on earth and greenery

Insights

AWAI is a sanctuary for transition.

An ecosystem designed for those seeking a shift from the unsustainable motions of modern work and life into a more centered, intentional, and health-yielding lifestyle.

Why it holds

Hardware is copyable. A practising community isn't.

Downstream of habits you already have

AWAI is the recovery partner to the run clubs, padel and pickleball leagues, gyms and training groups people already belong to. We don't ask you to start something new — we finish what you've started.

Sober by design

Music nights, ecstatic dance and workshops without alcohol. In a place built on the opposite, that's not a restriction — it's the whole proposition.

Two cities, one practice

AWAI opened its first studio in Tokyo in July 2026. Goa is the destination flagship. Same method, same brand, members who travel between them.
